FAVOURITE RECIPES:
REGIONAL AND SEASONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Trout Müllerin style
Ingredients (4 servings):
4 trout, ready to cook
Flour for dusting
100g butter
1 lemon, cut into slices
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional: chopped almonds for sprinkling
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation 1:
Rinse the trout under running water and pat dry. Dust with flour and season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat.
Add the trout to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
While they are frying, slice the lemon and prepare the chopped parsley.
Preparation 2:
Once the trout are ready, remove from the pan and arrange on a serving plate.
Sprinkle the lemon slices and chopped parsley over the trout.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the trout and sprinkle with chopped almonds to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Preparation 3:
Tip: It goes perfectly with boiled potatoes and a fresh green salad.
We recommend serving with a glass of Chardonnay.
